1. What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to run the website and to contact you:
- your email address and the site language if you subscribe to notifications about the platform launch;
- data you give us yourself via WhatsApp or email, including your name, company and request details;
- technical data and, with your consent, analytics and marketing data collected by cookies.
2. Why we use data
We use data to:
- notify you about the launch of online ordering;
- reply to your request and prepare a commercial offer;
- improve the website and the service if you agreed to analytics cookies.
3. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the website working and do not require consent. We turn on analytics and marketing cookies only after you agree. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. We store it in your browser.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your data. The email address for platform launch notifications is stored by the MailerLite mailing service, and Google Analytics (with your consent) and hosting services may also process data — only to the extent needed for those purposes.
5. Retention
We keep data no longer than needed for the purposes it was collected for. You can unsubscribe from notifications or ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict processing and withdraw consent. These rights apply under Ukrainian law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
