- you send a request with your product requirements and certificates;
- we prepare a commercial offer with volume, price and timing;
- delivery terms are fixed in a separate contract or specification agreed by the parties.

Delivery, acceptance, product quality and accompanying documents are governed by the contract. We coordinate logistics and documents and keep you informed about the batch status at every stage.
